I’m sure they have a grip of contractors fixing up the places. If you have 30 people it wouldn’t take more than a night (or in this case a full day) to renovate simple stuff like decorations and tables.
Last few episodes have been good. I like this season overall.

Anyone watching the new season, I tried avoiding all things Ramsay this year but I caught an episode of Kitchen Nightmares and I remembered why I used to love the show.
This is the nuttiest episode I’ve ever seen (Amy’s Baking Company)

That was one of the most talked about episodes in Kitchen Nightmares history…and Amy feels that her appearance alone will help her business.
Yeah, I’ve been showing that episode to anyone who will watch it ever since it blew up on the Internet. What a glorious portrait of intractable craziness.
