The one in the foreground is failed foreshortening that’s why the arms are so large. The one in the bg is supposed to be the alt. outfit sans top.

That’s a nice suggestion list (given that Ash and Mai were drawn already). I think that’ll do. Damn, I’ll have to go about drawing Iori and Yamazaki first, though.
