There really should an info only thread for KoFXIII. It’s kinda annoying to have to read pages of “OMG MY CHARACTERS HAIR ISN’T PARTED THE RIGHT WAY SNK RUINED THE GAME” to get the important stuff.

You could teleport after the 3rd hit of his Rekka’s in XII, cancelling the recovery. But yeah, couldn’t warp out of the midpoint. It was a nice game of mixup…

Buster Wolf: Terry doesn’t say “Are you Okay?” anymore. Maybe if he does his EX version it might. I’ve been repping Terry practically everyday in room 1 and it’ll pain me to see people start ranting about Terry not having Power Dunk or the “Are you okay?” voice clip and them claiming to be fans of Terry. Had a nice rythm to it… “Ha, Hu, Heh -shoom!-” A fun way to rattle those who couldn’t deal with constant pressure, then after training them a bit, warp back, let them wiff a reversal, and then punish with pokes or super, if the reversal was open enough… Heh, wish Fei Long could pull that kinda stuff off!

She’ll have the same suit as Mature in XII so they can headswap alot of normals (both standing and air). I think thats unfortunate because I think the robe/dress from '98/2k2 suit Vice’s style more than a suit (It looks good on Mature, though imo). I hope her stance from '98 returns (I doubt the one from 2k2 has a shot because it seemed to have alot of frames in it), the '96 one has no personality and just isn’t Vice.
Mature got her '96 stance back in XII and Vice had hers in CVS2, for some reason they seem to revert back to those. Hopefully not this time. If they do anything new with her, I hope its just her winning animation, something more evil. Her moveset from '98 is pretty much perfect.

with the main constraint on this game being the number of characters they can fit (or at least finish), you’d think they’d put a lot of characters that had the most interesting/varied playstyles…
but i guess them kof fans just scream “PUT XXXX IN!!!”
