That Krauser sprite looks so fucking badas!
But then again, that goes for all sprites.

I gave up after her third post :frowning:

They could do 6 chars in 2 two years+ balance tweaks.

man that krauser with the cape would own in the game.

mm yea somthing looks strange on that Shermie sprite to me.
If its from KOF union guys I’ve seen they don’t have a liking too much for the “thicker” style ladies
due to dis-taste I’ve read here and there for Athena’s rounded out Psycho Soldier body type.

I’m really digging the graphic upgrade since 12, If KOF survives I think these can last a good 3-4 years
with decent gameplay and character additions every new game.

No, each saga is like a new iteration/number of SF. 94-95 is like KOF1, 96-98,02,12,13 is KOF2, 99-01 is KOF3, 03-XI is KOF4. That being said, 96 was not better than 95. 95 was a pretty solid old school KOF that improved upon what 94 had done while 96 was pretty much World Warrior or Alpha 1 of SF as in it was just bad. The general trend is that usually the style of the game is refined by the end of the saga. Exceptions are that 01 was done by a new company that didn’t know what they were doing and it was trash and that 13 isn’t finishing off the saga with the tag system. So the last and only good version of the tag system was XI.

The difference between SvsR and KOF is that people actually expect KOF to be a solid competitive that lasts throughout the years. The game should be given a decent life span before moving onto the next iteration, or at least putting focus into the next one. SvsR is just some casual game that doesn’t care about actual longevity so it doesn’t matter if they pump it out each year. It’s not as if the fans care about the depth or feel that their dedication and time became irrelevant due to the next iteration.

In the end, it doesn’t matter because Affinity is openly just a casual fighting game player with little understanding about fighting games. While that in itself is okay, I don’t know why this person is on a forum in which people “try” to focus on the technicalities of fighting games. I really believe this person shouldn’t really be here. It’s not as if affinity will change and her views (or lack there of) don’t coincide with most of the people on these forums. As Tech Romancer said, affinity is pretty much some elaborate troll or an uber scrub with really annoying fangirl habits.

I don’t see the point of a pseudo-new KOF coming out every two years. You want SNK to crank out KOF after KOF for what?

Any footage of Clark’s Neomax?

Weeks and weeks back:

It’s one I hope gets improved some, like Andy’s was.

Thanks. To be honest, I was expecting something a bit, well, more destructive. I still think Iori has the most disapointing Neo Max though. :lame:

Yet I still would play it over 2003 and XII…

Fuck it, I’m crazy.

I DO miss May Lee’s ranbu…

I DO miss May Lee’s ranbu…and yes, 01 is preferable to 03 for me, too…Foxy is one of the main reasons.

I’m looking forward to seeing how this game turns out!

I agree with you on 2003, but XII was a good game on it’s own.

Eh…to each his own. I actually liked 2003 over XII.

Then, after few more months KOF 14. KOF 12 isn’t as great as everyone expected.

They already said that if this isn’t a hit, there’s no more KOF after XIII.

I haven’t touched the game for years and i probably won’t touch it ever again.
The cast was great though, can’t deny that.

They know that. That’s why they’re making sure that when this happens, they at least go out with a BANG.
