The girls in KI are over the top but so are the guys. The dudes are impossibly muscular and unrealistic…I mean unless you count the most extreme body builders.

Played some Riptor last night…need him back
Those 3d animations was too good… someone said who came first him or primal rage… doesnt matter riptor ATE you and belched…Riptor did a bicycle kick…on his tail… his win animation was him EATING something. Watchin him run full screen across the rooftop stages was hilarious

Similar to how all shotos in SF4 look like gorillas. The one thing I’m concerned with so far is that the defensive features in this game seem to negate offense. How can people effectively apply block strings and punishes when every single attack can be countered…
DH has said that they want the game to be centered around aggressive play. Blocking fireballs gives huge meter to the opponent chucking them to give incentive to zone first, then rush in when you have a full bars.
It’s a new concept, but one that when put together well will create a lot more yomi and back and forth than other 2d fighters. As long as you can force people into tight block strings and frame traps, there will be no lack of offense in this game. It’s not like SFIV where you’re going to have very small block stun on normals and such. Sabrewulf looks barely blockable and there’s a lot of ways to get around the combo breaker system that people will learn. Basically if you’re a poker player you’ll already have a good idea of how to work around the combo breaker system.
