There was that one Transformer from Revenge of the Fallen that was straight up a Predator inspired Decepticon
Dreads and all
I would just like to see something wicked cool and mechanized
the original Fulgore design was fairly sleek. But it was designed with the capabilities of that generation. With this new console and engine I’d like to see them push that button hard.
Glacious looks incredible and it a great example of what I’m talking about. That ice being see through and all the light bouncing around is some serious eye-candy. Sadly it goes unnoticed in battle, haha!
While it makes sense and seems logical for orchid to be a “balanced”, I want them to keep pushing it. If you told me a grappler, a zoner, and an Airborne character could exist in KI a month ago… I wouldn’t have believed you. Given the fire cat… I’m hoping puppet.
So DH posted this on their facebook page earlier and i think it should be posted in here so that some of you don’t feel as dumb as i do http://www.xbox.com/en-US/onetour
So i missed my chance of easily playing KI by a day, ignorance is not bliss. Im actually very upset because Saturday i was looking for XBONE test locations and all i could find near me was happening in a Microsoft store opening up in Orlando on Oct 23rd, if only i could have stumbled on this like on Saturday i would have jumped in my car and drove 45 minutes to play KI.
I know this isn’t directly KI related, but it’s kinda cool in the context of a fighting game:
-apparently the X1 automatically records your last 15 minutes of gameplay. So it’s easy to go back and find that thing you wanted to save/upload.
-it also records gameplay that unlocks achievements. So brace yourself for 5,000,000 videos of people’s first ultra combo.
The guys working on this game are very in tune with the psychology of fighting game players (since a lot of them are fighting game players) so I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s less generic than we think he’s going to be.
