I honestly think it would be a way better use for repeated offenders, like murderers, rapists and the like, than to just keep locking them up and letting them go to commit crimes again, all while using a lot of taxpayer dollars for no gain. Not all people should have an eternal chance to redeem themselves, the line must be drawn somewhere.

At least convicts are capable of doing work despite being in for life, such as this fellow. Also, nothing useful? If he is denied a “dick tuck” he will likely end up killing himself or someone else in prison. You are effectively saying that it is okay that the system took nearly two decades to process this shit. You will have one less constitutional right if you’re an American, and it says that you’re perfectly okay with people being denied life saving treatment because that makes you look bad. Hell, it could save more than one person - what if he flips out and kills people because he didn’t get medical treatment?
This is ridiculous, if you’ve been proven through due process as a murderer; especially murder that warrants life imprisonment without parole then screw constitutional rights, you should have them stripped of his person.

THE ONLY REASON prisoners deserve rights is because there are innocent people in jail. it is for those people that the disgusting scum of society have rights. there is no way to 100% know that somebody committed a heinous crime. if there were, then there would be zero ethical reason not to slaughter said criminals.

The program has seen delay after delay, there have been numerous problems, the standard ratings were lowered for the fucking thing, it doesn’t fucking introduce anything new, it does less than the predecessor, nobody has fifth generation fighters but the USA right now, and submarines limit the uses to shitty countries and surveillance. Do you see the problem here? Meanwhile, perfectly valid shit like this gets cancelled because it somehow costs too much or isn’t “new and useful.”

Then he kills himself, which takes about six million dollars from the economy. To top it off, you are okay with violating your ethics because someone else violated your ethics. Never mind that prison could serve to punish and rehabilitate people.
The only reason prisoners deserve rights is because they are people. It is not ethical to kill someone because they committed a “heinous” crime and it sure as hell ain’t logical. Neither of which seem to be your strong points.
