I’m really excited for this movie, I just hatehatehatehate that Nicholas Cage is involved.

Theres kids with far worse of mouths playing on XBL… Ever play Halo? haha… The amount of cussing 12 year olds in that game (or any I should say) are insane… Yet they didn’t see this movie yet… =P I blame poor parenting… In the end thats all it comes down to…

I saw it last night and loved it. I never read the comic, but a friend who has said the movie was really well done.

The whole ‘Kick-Ass’ thing was made moot though. Big-Daddy and Hit-Girl would have both done a much better job than Kick-Ass. All he managed to do was get Big-Daddy killed. Sure, he killed the bad guy at the end, but Big-Daddy would have been able to do that easily. And Kick-Ass didn’t inspire either of them as Kick-Ass only became widely known after his youtube video became popular, and stories of the ‘batman’ were being heard long before that (the unfortunate gang member who was killed after interrogation early on in the film).
Not to mention the whole Red-Mist section was really boring.
The movie started out strong, ended strong, but was really boring throughout the midsection.

Loved the movie. Hit-girl is an absolute beast. Like she was pulling off combos with her guns. Shit was crazy. You could really already tell that she was gonna still the show from the trailer.
Great movie. Lots of violence and the warehouse scene with Big Daddy was bad ass.

Kind of Mindless. LOTS OF ACTION, yet it didnt feel so fulfilling for some reason? Maybe it was weak on building how much the audience loves the characters.
Tbh, I almost cried towards the beginning, because of how much it related to me and my life. Towards the middle and end I was like … ehh, its trying too hard to be cute or badass. I am imagining how many kids who saw this film and are thinking yeah shooting people like in FPS is cool!
i thought the movie was great( ive read the comic) tho some things are different you gotta remember this is a different kind of media intended for more then just comic fans and i think he changes suited for a better movie exp.(just like watchmen)
