I’ve been horribly busy and forgot that I posted up here. But it was last weekend. However these are going to probably be a monthly thing so don’t fret, We’re gonna be hosting there a lot more!
I was actually there, and I had a blast: It was so fun to get out and play games with free abandon, and without laggy interwebz. Got to play some Marvel (even though I was terrible), Brawl, SFxT, and a few games that were new to me: Persona 4 Arena, PS All-Stars (Post-Demo), and AquaPazza (lol, waterpizza).
Met some fellow nerds, realized I’m not the nerdiest person in the world, and had an amazing time. If this became monthly, I would definitely be there.
Also, I may have a contribution: I have MvC 2, MvC1 & MSH, Virtual Fighter 5: Final Showdown, and SkullGirls on my PS3. Depending on the date of the next jam session (points for catching the reference), I may also have Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 early March, as well as Injustice come April.
Ohsht I remember you! We played Aquapazza and it was fucking awesome! Legit keep coming to events bro, you were awesome!
Next event is March 2nd still at D20 from 5pm-11pm. However its more of an anime screening event, However I’m gonna try to have at least one setup for casuals there.
So, I didn’t get to attend that event, sadly. But, I would like to know in advance when the next one is, so I can request that day off.
I am a Ryu player and I will be living in Louisville for the next few months at least. I’m looking mostly for people to play AE with. I also play Smash but that’s about all there is to my active pursuit. PM me and let’s see if we can get something going!
