Noticed that if you combo from max range st.mp into fireball that itās pretty much impossible to cancel into super or v trigger. Move forward just a bit closer and it becomes way easier, anyone know why this is or if thereās a way to get around it?

The cancel window for fireball is limited to the first few frames of the fireball spawning. If the fireball goes too far, itās hitting too late and you are no longer within the cancel window.
Yea I noticed that too. Sometimes I like to cancel into V-trigger whether I hit confirm or not because you are plus frame when you cancel after a Hadouken. Mocha maybe try using st.hp FB v-trigger cancel? It has a little longer reach than MP I think.
Itās also stupid hard to v-trigger off of Ex lol.
The Ken execution barrier is real indeed!
Omni you just have to v trig the ex fb earlier than normal.

Is there a compiled frame advantage list of all the normals cancelled with V-Skill on hit and block?

I wanted to go to 1M FM too but then I bought everything related to Ken, I am weak.
I think you need to have them on your account, itās not just overall.
if you have access to the Prima guide you can pull it from there, they have all that plus frame advantage when you V-trigger cancel on hit/block as well

The main thing holding me back with Ken right now, I feel, is my inability to land super when I need to. Do you guys have like one preferred, works in (almost) all situations, combo into super? Everything Iāve got is very situational (such as juggles off mk tatsu that donāt work in the corner and stuff like that). Itās pretty hard to win games when you are missing out on like 40% free damage every other round.
Iām currently getting used to cancelling into it from mk > hk > dp on hitconfirm, but this seems less than ideal considering you have to press s.mk without spontaneously imploding, see and catch the confirm, and the cancel is kinda fuckupable⢠if youāre slow. 
I really donāt wanna have to (and am not good enough to) rely on a combination of situational combo, fortunate punish-opportunity or opening for a v-trigger combo to land super. Any advice?
I could always c.mk, hado, vtrig, (mk, hk, dp,) super, but itās a big load to blow on a possibly blocked c.mk.

c.mk xx hado is confirmable, you can just vtrigger only if you see the c.mk hit. Then you kinda need to know your range to know if the fb will combo.
For the super just do it after your b.mp xx st.hp target combo if you want something really easy. Like you land a jump in, you do st.lp > TC1 xx super. Thatās by far the easiest one for me. Slightly harder is TC1 xx hp.dp xx super.
You can also do it after whatever xx fireball xx super kinda like Ryu style. This one can be risky due to extremely shitty Ken fireballs because you have to do the fireball no matter what and they are -4 on hit.
If youāre on fire you can also just cr.mk xx super but that one is hard to confirm.
You can super after basically every hp.dp combo ender too, so like cr.lk > cr.lp xx hp.dp xx super works.
And then the stuff after mk.tatsu as you said, itās weird I seem to remember is works in the corner, but I might be wrong.
Also itā 5f start-up so you can punish stuff with raw super if you fell like it.
Practice your dp combos.
tc2 xx dp
tc1 xx dp (can confirm off cr.mp or st.lp)
st.lk > dp (can confirm off cr.mp or st.lp)
st.hp xx run xx lk.tatsu > dp (should be one of your CC punish combos)
cr.hp xx lk tatsu > dp (can confirm off hk xx vtrigger)
cchk xx run xx hp.dp (run not required in the corner)
(practice the os run for this one. You get stupid damage off a stray hk, that you can essentially safely fish for - works well when combined with vtrigger cancel into the cr.hp combo above).
Then practice dp xx super, all of a sudden those comboās above become your super combos. You just extend and tack on super at the end.
Cr.mk/cr.mp xx fb xx super wonāt combo at max range so becareful about this one.

Off of crush counter st.hk in corner you can actually get LP DP -> HP DP, even without V-trigger active. Does pretty good damage and the HP DP does all 3 hits as well. A bit spacing dependent though, if youāre at max range that wonāt work. If you hit at about his ankle it should work though.
I still need to work lp.dp corner comboās into my game. Mk.tatsu I underutilize as well, but thatās partially because I still donāt know all the juggles and setups afterward off by heart.
Easiest super combo imo is tc2 xx super. After the mk, u just start pumping the qcf motion with hk. No timing required, just keep pumping. You donāt even need to do the motion all that fast either since the target combo is so long.
Inputs would probably look like:
st.mk, qcf hk, qcf hk (repeat qcf hk until tc2 cancels to super).

I cant do it at all and I feel like I did it before but I might be crazy.
EX DP works, but not HP DP
Maybe in one of the betas, but you can only juggle lk.tatsu with 623hp outside of vtriggle.

Guys is there any tricks for the b.mp hit confirm ? I am training that shit for real probably hours every day since release and even tho I did improve a bit I still suck at it.
I do it by putting the dummy on random block.
The thing that helped me a bit is to not consider the TC a thing by itself but to do like b.mp ā st.hp xx hk.tatsu or b.mp ---- st.hp xx ex fireball or just b.mp. Kinda like the thing is not a TC but a link. But still.

Hitting a wall of frustration with Ken. No idea why they gave him so many buttons with just about the same range. st. lk is probably his best button in netural but more difficult to convert into big damage. Itās difficult not to compare Ken to Ryu and as time goes by i think Ken will get worse. His V-skill is always a risk to just throw out thereā¦step kick is pretty useless.
B+mp and st. hk are his only unique buttons from Ryu but is it enough to keep him competitive?
