Sexual dimorphism in certain Asian ethnicities seem lower than other racial groups, which is why I think the whole transgendered thing isn’t so weird to them, especially in Thailand aka Trap-Country.
Culture definitely helps - give it maybe a decade or two and other countries may be a bit more accepting of transgendered folk.

Everyone just has their own way of doing things - I cannot be too happy about things like that, but there is little I can do about it…it is one of the reasons why people always shift to other countries so they can escape what binds them in their homeland.
