You don’t have to worry about the venue closing before the tournament can finish (I distinctly remember that when we ran our own tournaments at Pearlridge Fun Factory). You won’t have to worry about random folks wanting to play since . . . well it’s closed already. You don’t have to worry about random asshole managers bugging you about the first two points.

Check the EVO DVD. HawaiianRyan has a match on the DVD on the MVC2 section… DJB-13 (another Hawaiian player) is featured on the DVDs as well. The pathetic CVS2 section of the DVDs doesn’t have any matches, though. There are probably more MVC2 matches on the EVO 2k4 DVDs than CVS2 matches on all the years of EVO DVDs. I don’t think there have been any match vids on the net though.
…which reminds me, I have a capture card on one of my computers, if any of you guys ever want to record some. I can bring it down to a UH meet or something.

ANYWHO! lol, been tinkering with other chars recently. I think dhalsim has great potential. Same with Raiden, but his shit can be ducked (lol… made a funny ducky… lmao… another funny… bunny? oh bleh…) WAY to easily. But yea, My shit for the tourny ain’t gonna change, because I know dhalsim doesn’t really stack up once his game is picked apart.

Keikun332 - Dhalsim is fun to play but doesn’t get you very far at all. It’s takes a lot of hard work to make him playable at all, even worse that roll cancels don’t help his game much at all. He does have some fun tricks, damaging C-groove cancels, and an easy CC… but good luck landing any of those hits.
k groove is used the most by a landslide…mostly scrubs though. characters used the most are kyosuke king vice and nakaruru
