well I did play one game on gameboy advance via emulator, and that was Advance Wars, sooooooooo fun.

Isn’t Guile considered one of the best in the game? Beyond that, he has the same cumulative score as Chun-Li, Bison and Akuma.

@Deron: My suggestion is to get a regular DS(The fat one) and wait for the 3DS to come out. You can find used ones for cheap and there are lots of great games to play for while you wait. Since you missed out on the GBA generation, the fat one is ideal. The BC on that version of the DS is top-notch and finding used GBA games won’t be that difficult with a little searching with on eBay .

Alright guys tonight is Arkives last night with us in town. I better see all of the guys cause this is one of KC’s finest hype man. With tonight’s farewell match being Dave and Sean and the T6 MM between Boxy and Dave its gonna be a very hype night indeed. Will anyone else issue a FT5 to anyone tonight? Unfortunately, between moving and working I have like 0 time this week. I’ll make it a point to stop in for 5 mins and say goodbye to RealSean but that’s really all I can manage. Profound sadness.

Guile’s not listed as number one he’s in a four way tie for number one. He has more matchups in his favor than most characters which is why he is so high but his number of bad matchups especially against some key characters (Abel, Viper, Sim, Akuma) imo put him below characters like Chun li. But that’s not how tier lists work.
But I do think this tier list is pretty good, you smoking something if you dun think Guile is top tier!
I think you can pretty much play and do well with anyone in SSF4 except Hakan. Poor, poor Hakan.
