so i was first pretty bummed out about my performance at SS2 (9th in AE, 5th in marvel) and then i thought that it wasn’t so bad, and then i got bummed again and then i thought about not playing fighting games for a really long time, and then i watched some of my matches that were streamed, and then i realized i did a bunch of stupid things (jumping a lot vs. sagat, hitting buttons after resets in marvel, hitting buttons with a new character coming in), and then i realized that i can stop doing these things, and then i thought about how it would be stupid to stop playing fighting games, mostly because all of you guys are really cool and great to hang out with (besides boxy) and so that’s where i’m at right now.
that, and magneto and phoenix are getting nerfed to hell.

Despite the very short notice, my job just happened to not schedule me on the 27th.
Everyone was rooting for you when you played against Sagat at the SS2. It was totally a counterpick because you were both Zangief players. I just remember someone yelling out “win it for mother Russia” and just cracking up. If you would have won, it would have been epic.
Sorta late, but ggs from last night. Watching Tetris was pretty hype.
No idea where to go in AE. Switching off of Hakan should be a good thing, but I don’t think it’s a character issue, so much as I don’t really know where to start improving. I wish I could be more descriptive, but I can’t find the words to say, and I should’ve said something while I was getting beat down yesterday.
Or whatever, maybe I’ll just pick up Tekken.

Though I’m always up for some more Tekken players, that isn’t going to solve your problem, in fact, it will enhance it.
I’m always ready to answer peoples questions when they ask, but you NEED TO ASK. I’m not going to hold anyone’s hand, especially if they’re not even going to bother saying things. I am perfectly content to silently beat the crap out of people until someone else gets on the sticks. I’m not trying to be mean, but it’s not my responsibility, nor the responsibility of any of the other players to counsel someone on their play.
Point is, (and this goes out to ALL of you) if you have questions, THEN SPEAK UP. You have every resource you could ever need available to you (the forums, stronger local players with hookups and tournaments [multiple times a week at that] and of course, the one I sometimes wonder if most of you forget, TRAINING MODE) USE them.
I didn’t post shouts for SS, and I don’t know if I will. I normally write novels and I’m too lazy right now.
