Unit number is 108. Plenty of parking space in front of the building. The easy way to get in is to come around to the back side of the building. I’m fortunate enough to live in a unit that’s accessible from some back doors on the bottom floor. My doors are at the top of the second balcony. Just knock and I’ll let you in. If you absolutely want to come in through the front, though, I’ll have to come open it for you. Just give me a ring or a text at 314-495-3098 and I’ll let you in.

Address is 412 W 8th St. KC MO 64105. Directions and Parking: Best place to park is the private lot next to my building. The entrance is on Washington Street. Don’t worry about a ticket; they don’t give a shit after 6pm.
West 8th is a one way street going toward Broadway Blvd. 7th St is a one way behind my building going toward Washington St. There are a few parking spaces on W 8th but are usually taken, 7th Street has parking but it’s a bit of walk with gear. If you pulled into a parking garage you got lost! There is no electronic gate!
Please bring a setup to either of these if you have one. Drinking is allowed & encouraged at my place, but not at Ben’s. Excessive noise is discouraged at both. Also, since Ben and I live within minutes of eachother, and my hookup has a narrower focus, what we’ll probably end up doing is round up whoever showed up to mine and take the operation over to Ben’s after a few hours. We have some P4A players that are also focused on KOF so I don’t want to deny those guys.

Officially mine starts at 7:00pm. Most people don’t show till 8 or 9 though. We tend to go late. Last time we packed stuff up around 2:30 am but now that I know how to deal with the rent-a-cop we should be able to go later as long as we keep the noise down.
