A.R.K. V is about a month away and we’d love to see all you guys there! We’re expecting about 200 people from ~10 different states (including confirmed attendance from Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kansas, Louisiana, California, and Oklahoma) and are throwing in at least $1400 in bonus pots to support some of our games (including $600 each for AE and UMvC3). It will be on August 25th/26th in Jacksonville, AR with games such as Super Street Fighter IV: AE, Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, King of Fighters XIII, Persona 4 Arena, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend, Soul Calibur V, Street Fighter X Tekken, Mortal Kombat 9, and SkullGirls.

They’re both pretty close, depending on if i get this job or not, then i may have the money by then. But honestly ARK V is up in the air for me. Unless somebody wants to sponsor me for a weekend, until i get my refund check from schooling. If anybody is curious if i will pay them back, I have always paid people back plus free top shelf booze.
We can probably help with housing if you guys need it.

I can put down your request for housing if you can give me a good estimate on how many (8 sound right?). We have a lot of people here offering housing; some (or most of you) may have to sleep on the floor though, but housing is free. I’m not sure if my apartment will be available because I already made some commitments, but everyone here is trustworthy and most have nice enough places.
What’s up Max? I met you at OKGamers 6th Anniversery tournament in Tulsa. It was a pretty heated meeting between the KC guys and the ARK guys, but it was definitely fun. I enjoyed playing such strong SF competition.

the Wichita thing is more of a casual than anything. but the venue closes at 12. we can give u a ride if u need one, and they have solid players, so it’s worth the trip.
I play almost everything also. I try to do a meetup at least once a week. get my number from trey. I plan on heading down there around 1630-1700

As kaze kami said, we got some solid players here, but you guys already know that, hey max, if you got people willing to house out of towners, any chance i can take you up on that offer, ill try to see how many of our guys can go.
