Try a different emulator. You are on the right track again. NFBA might help to draw in a few more folks.

Update I’ve decided to also add

Akuma is allowed and if both people want the same World Warrior character then we’ll do a blind pick/ pick a number between 1 through 10 and closest to the number gets that WW character. Akuma is also allowed in Hyper Street Fighter 2.
Why not do this tomorrow so people can play in both? The Akuma permission is quite the turn-off though.
People can play in both, if Raisin does his king of the hill format then it will just be CE and AE (I may drop AE altogether and just have CE tonight depending on how many people show up)
