The Flash probably owes 95% of his popularity with the current generation to his portrayal in that cartoon.

Gail’s run ended up bad due to heavy editorial interference. It was great in the first year than editors wrecked her plans. Be it not allowing her to use characters she planned to use or forcing changes in her stories. If she had the freedom of Azzarello it would have been a great run.

I didn’t read the comic but I read the Wiki and it was pretty accurate. Movie was damn good. Just do not show this to children unless they love gore. It’s the most violent DC Animated flick right now.

She got fired from that book once so I question much freedom she does have. I don’t read it as don’t care about Barbara as Batgirl. I’m big fan of work. Mainly Birds of Prey and Secret Six. I enjoyed her Deadpool material when she was at Marvel.

It’s the transition to the new 52 canon…read the first 5-6 issues of new 52 justice leauge to know what’s gonna happen.

Gail’s run was hella mediocre before the interference started, the interference made things worse but she could have done much much much much better.

Flashpoint Paradox was the SHIT. So brutal. Very very well animated (probably the best one yet), and the voice talent was great.

I’m going to rewatch today.

Just seen FlashPoint Paradox and holy shit! That was amazing!!! Why the hell are DC’s DTV animated flicks so awesome, but their live-action efforts suck soooo bad? I’m sorry, Man of Steel was fucking stupid and mediocre. It only wished it was 1/10th as good as this direct to video flick.

Stuff like this is the way they need to make their movies. Going all out with heart, passion, and style, yo.

Some of the violence was kinda obnioxuos and over needlessly over the top however. Though I was surprised they cut away from billy batsen getting stabbed, considering everything else they showed. Otherwise, 10/10. Great shit.

When DC animation is "on"it’s a big lesson to both live action marvel and dc movies.

Especially this summer given how terrible iron man 3 and man of steel were.
