Man I love this Gabor Szabo song…really takes you though the highs and lows of loving someone without saying a word, powerful stuff. Lots of great tunes this week, new Onra, Grooveman Spot(Looooove People Groove), Ilija Rudman etc. The St. Paul joint is a bit obscure, he was on Prince’s Paisley Park Label in the mid and late 80’s, most of the stuff is sorta lackluster…but this one is burning. Do not sleep. Oh yeah the Touch Sensitive track is amazing too…what happened to these guys?

Some different things going on in this episode…a bit more melancholy than usual. This Quadron song is really amazing…definitely a group to watch. Loving Caribou’s new single too. Really I think all these tracks are standouts, and many were way ahead of their time. The Linear Movement track is from 1983…and the Carl Craig joint from 1990. Oh and the last track is an obscure soulful house joint from 1994…Groovestyle’s only release, and absolutely beautiful.
