Here some info that i gathered to help out.
Juri can normal dash under the following character’s fireballs
Rose
Dhalsim
Seth
Gouken(easyest)
Sagat high tiger shots
Akuma(all of them)
Guile
Deejay
Cody’s knife
She cannot dash under
Ryu
Ken
Chun-Li
Sakura.
But if close enough cr.mk will let her go under them when it hits I only tested it out on ryu and ken
also she can dash under moves Ken Ryu and Akuma Tatsumaki (if close right when they foot leaves the ground go or right before they hit you at a distance) and t-hawk Condor Spire also Rufus Messhiah Kick but i forget if its just the overhead or the whole thing.
Also juri pin wheel, hk fireball ,over head mk forward and standing hk all count in the air.so if you are fighting a wrester and u do any of those moves right before they try to command grab even ultra they will whiff and get hit best use on wake up.Tested it all out but hk fireball.
But bad news since all those moves count in the air you can be air thorwn doing them trust me it can happen also El Fuerte ani- air will grab if you do any of those moves,Hakan 2 ultra will active,havent tested but Zangreif 2 ultra could work too.
Pinwheel can be stop by alot of moves.alot of cross ups can stop it also it doesn’t hit behind which is whack but whatever. same goes for ultra 2 your foe can jump over u a thou you flames a won’t get hit.

well here’s the thing does she have to be far and just continually dash or does she have to dash as soon as they do it.?
The spacing for dashing under moves is pretty tight. Even if you can get it to work in Training Mode, I wouldn’t suggest it online because even the slightest lag will probably mess up your timing on it.
Generally, a good rule of thumb I’ve found though, is that if the move you want to dash under (let’s say, a fireball) is coming towards you, input the dash motion when the fireball is about to reach the point where Juri would be after the dash. This way, Juri dashes forward as the fireball is coming towards her so she ducks under, then ends up in front of it and it passes over.
I feel like i hit a gold mine. all of this info is so useful im planning on playing her in BFTS2 aug7. i have a bunch of resets that i came up with ill post and let everyone know if they was useful and work in high level matches. and anyone with more tips plz post. shoutout to killey! killer post
it hard to do but it you do master it throwns people off.some charcters are easyer to do the others.

I just picked up Juri, and this thread is definitely helping heaps.
I would like to add, After EX Shikusen, besides U2, you can follow up with j.hp (especially if you chose U1)
I have tried other moves but only j.hp connects. But be careful though, your opponent can tech recover, so use that to your advantage (apply more pressure, u1, or just get out of there).

I know cr.mk’s altered hitbox has been addressed but I just wanted to mention I managed to avoid Cammy’s :dp: :k: with it after playing someone who was following up Cannon Drills with the dp.
i have been going back and forth in these threads looking at what people have been adding for juri. i have yet to see how to ex teleport cancel into the ex pinwheel. if someone has covered this then im sorry i did, but i havent seen it yet.
its tough to get the timing down for this but practicing in training with a fireballer is good. juri can ex teleport into her ex pinwheel. to do this, right before the fireball (or attack) is going to hit juri do the ex teleport and as soon as you hit the punch buttons hit at least 2 kick buttons (very fast after you hit the punch buttons, dont hit them all at the same time) and she will teleport but instead go right into the ex pinwheel and not jump or slide across the screen. it will make the teleport noise then go into the ex pinwheel. this can be really good on wake up if your opponent is rushing you down. ive done it in a couple matches and it can really catch the person off guard.
Thanx for the explination on this i have been wondering how it was done. Question tho: is there a frame advantage on using the Ex teleport into Ex Pin on wakeup?? If not why not just come up with Ex Pin and save a bar on ur meter?? Thanx again tho for the explination

honestly i just figured out how to do it this week so im trying to figure out when to use it. i would assume maybe when someone is rushing you down, maybe it will work better on wake up then just an ex pinwheel. im pretty sure that it also can be worked in against fireballs. for example, when fighting ryu if you are all the way across the screen and he is fireballing you, if you try to use the lp teleport (teleport towards opponent) on a freball you can run right into another fireball if they throw one. if you time it right you can just do a teleport in (lp) on the 1st fireball and do another ex teleport cancel into the ex pinwheel on the 2nd fireball and it will work. its something that needs to be discussed by people on where and when to use it.
ex.pinwheel has a pretty long start up. I’ve been straight up throw out of it. Also it has a weird hit box it seems. The counter has a 1 frame start up and eating the attack and going into pinwheel during their recovery seems safer but the counter has it’s own problems being weak to throws and armor breaking attacks. Tbh I’m not too fond of Juri’s wake up options I’m trying to get out of the habit of pinwheeling unless the guy is telegraphing really stupid shit.
