It will be played on a cabinet (Kurocab). And there will be Japanese and US controls available.
DGV will be bringing a supergun, as well as a MAME emulator setup for casuals.
The venue will open at 10AM.

Thanks to Bob and the Box Arena guys for running this great event. I think we inspired some of the SD guys to get more into ST. Box Arena crew (Frank Fresh, Kuizzy, etc) we’ll more than glad to help you guys get an ST station going :tup:

Thanks to Kuroppi and The Box Arena for organizing the ToL qualifier down in SD. I think it’s awesome that you guys are continuing to show love for the ST community. SD definitely has some strong players, and I hope the number of ST players continue to grow in your area.
Congratz to Papercut for earning his spot in the ToL. He’s definitely stepped his game up in recent months, and 100% deserves the spot. DGV played as deadly as ever, and he looks to be in prime condition to also represent Socal at Evo this year. Big shout out to Digital Infamy, who played on fire during the tournament. The dude has also improved as well since I first met him, and I hope he plans to attend Evo this year and go for broke at the last minute qualifiers.
Big thanks to fatboy for showing us China Super Buffet. The food was delicious, and surprisingly pretty cheap for a dinner buffet.
I had an awesome time playing in the tournament, practicing up at the casuals station, and grabbing dinner and hanging out with you guys. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

I first met Zaspacer on XBL Hyper FIghting back in the day and we always had classic matches. Good to know he’s still on top of his game and we still had some classic matches. Would have liked to stick around and chop it up with you guys after but i had other arrangements planned. It was really an SD vs LA tournament. GG’s to all.
