It all depends on how many people show up and how much equipment we got for each game.

are you gonna be taking sign ups for all games as soon as you get to the den

Yes.
I’ll even accept late registrations (like if the tourny started and the first set of brackets are not complete but you want in).
I just hope someone brings a laptop with tournament maker, lol ;p
Wont the den let you use one of their thousands of computers?

ill bring my laptop but its an old school. ill have to save some brackets on there.
i think things will go smoothly. if we have 2 t.v.s for each system that would work out great. 3s matches are fast. cvs2 are almost the same mvc2 will be quick. the only thing i think will take long is smash
I hope so.
And yeah, Smash does take awhile (hence why its starting alot earlier than the other games).
But the rules still apply for CvS2 about single matches but double ele.
just to clarify…are all the games running at one time? or is ssbm expected to end at 3:15 to start 3s at that time?
me a few are thinkin bout going for 3s, hope turnout will be as good as around 40 or so.
if ya’ll come.the turnout will exceed 40, but everything depends on the amount of equipment. but i probably will bet that everything willl be delayed.

Okay, pretty much set in stone that we are going. The current plan is to arrive at 2 with the tv’s + ps2’s to help things run smoothly. Hopefully we can get cvs2 started on time, if not sooner
All the events will eventually clash with each other, I’m just giving Melee a head start.
Hence why I said theres a chance that some events may be delayed.
And last time’s tournament had 24 for 3S.
But this tournament was alot more advertise and was given a way longer notice than the last one.

i just hope people are bringing some game systems. we should have 10 if not more T.v.s and 3 sets of each game system.
you should confirm a list of people who said they are bringing stuff to help out then if they dont we can bash them for months on end:rofl:

I just hope this all works out in the end.
BTW: Some rules I want to point out.
GG:AC is not an arcade perfect port and has a few glitches that can be abused on the console version that can’t be found on the arcade.
WHERE GONNA PLAY GG:AC AS ARCADE PERFECT AS POSSIBLE.
In other words, things like EX characters and what not are banned. Not to mention stuff like Johnny’s free jackhound and what not.
Also, you are not allowed to bring drinks into the Gamer’s Den.
Now, when I say drinks, I mean your own 20 ounce bottles and what not into the store. You can bring drinks from say, something you got from a fast food place. But if you want a drink, there are vending machines inside the store.
