AIM and Yahoo are the only ways to contact me unless you somehow randomly run into at Gamer’s Den.

I should be hitting up that place at least once a week.
When I do, its kind of random due to traveling reasons.

Also, if your still new to how tournament hosting goes on and such, then going to this one would deficiently be your best bet to see the way things go down.

Does the winner get to change Super Art in 3S? And im assuming judgement will not be allowed since its stupid.

Also if we volunteer do we get to choose what game we get to run/judge or is it assigned? Cause I dont know jack about Smash or HnK.

Well, I suppose I can allow the ability to change Super Arts even after you win.
Unless more people start to object. And of course, no judgement. If the match does come down to a judgement conclusion, then it will be a do over.

And volunteering.
I’m accepting volunteers who will help in certain games. Like for example, if you come up to me and ask “I wanna help”, just tell me what game and I’ll pass you one part of the brackets.

Depending on how many people do show up, I’m gonna have it set to where Bracket 1 will be played on TVs A and B, while the 2nd page of the Brackets (known as Bracket 2) will be played on TVs B and C. Something simple like that.

Cool sign me up to help run 3S. I can help run multiple tournaments if youd like, like I can also help in running MVC2 since they are spread apart time wise. Ill probably play in both so Ill be near those stations anyway.

If you are willing to host CvS2, I will run the brackets. And that will guarantee my coming (and maybe like 4-5 others)

I doubt CvS2 will happen due to schedule issues in how long that game usually takes.
If CvS2 does happen to get hosted, then it will have to be set a Single Elimination.

Also, I won’t make any side game tournaments official unless I’m promised the equipment (like Tekken 5 DR, need PS3 or MvC2, gonna DC and such).

And this is carried over from the CC thread but for the brackets since you said they will be on paper would you like me to bring some clipboards? I have four incase youd like to borrow them and be more then willing to help you out in making the brackets if you need help.

Food places will be posted up once I make the update and get some pics on the Gamer’s Den place so its easier to find.

Also about the brackets, clipboards would be nice but hopefully we will see some laptops with the tournament maker.

Yes, as long as I’m promised the gear.

I think a while back MonkeySpank said he would help provide the gear for MvC2 as well.

If anything, I should have an answer by the end of this week.

UPDATE!!
Registration has changed a bit.
*NOTE: This will only effect those interested in joining more than one official game. And by official, I mean 3S/SSBM/GGAC.

Registration, it is now $1 per game (only applies to the top 3 official games).
So in other words, if your gonna join 3S and SSBM, your gonna pay $2 plus the extra $10 for each game. If your going to join GGAC plus any games listed in the “Any other game” section, you only have to pay $1.
Teams will not be effected by the Registration.
