I do agree that Thursdays would be a better for Street Fighter than Tuesdays. Hell, when I ran the Break weeklies, I set it up that way on purpose! For most people I knew then, Wednesday is usually a busy work/school day. Fridays are typically easier to deal with when being so close to the weekend. While I know weekend tournaments are optimal, it’s better that the place actually gets some traffic that will come in and pay to play games. That’s not us! If those people don’t go, then no Break, and everyone loses.
So is there any possibility of getting Thursdays to come back? I know from experience that you can net far more people. Hell, I’ll talk to Chris about it if he doesn’t get it.
Thursdays would suck for me, I have class at 6:00 at night :lol:

Friday would be tough I have JP class on Saturday, but Friday > Tuesday for me mo def.

How many people would be for / against a price drop?
Since SB4, this tournament has pulled 10-15 people a week, which is a start difference from the old 30-40 every week we had. A lot of it has to do with Philly losing their ride, and school / life affecting people during the fall season, but I know with NEC coming up people will be coming back, if for no other reason than to practice and be sharper.
So I want to know, since Tekken players have already voiced their concern over $10 for entry, bunch of broke motherfu-
So I will be dropping this T6BR weekly to 5 dollars, if they want that on Zaibatsu.
I just wanted to know how you guys felt about SF4, and dont just think for yourself:
If you’re a player that wouldn’t come down anyway, regardless of the price, you don’t gotta voice your opinion.
I think that dropping the price would be a disservice to everyone that does come out on a regular basis. By lowering the entry, you are in turn lowering the overall pot. If people are cool with winning less money, then by all means go with it, but lower prize pots will make it difficult to get anyone out of town to show up.
It’s quite a tightrope to walk!
I say keep SF @ $10. Let these lower-class ruffians pay less for their rehash. =P
