The problem with modding the ex2 is you’d have to solder the connectors to the buttons. My brother was able to solder a mod chip onto a ps1 when he was like 13 so it probably isn’t that hard. The stick Shindrah has and my HRAP has “quick disconnects” which don’t require soldering.
Hmm I did some research on such a thing, too get a sanwa JLF in there its… gonna take some work.
The buttons are not so hard, hardest thing is dremmeling away some metal too get the buttons in there. Then of course soldering.
Honestly I don’t think getting the stick in there sounded that hard it just sounded like a lot could go wrong.
the biggest problem is clearance, the sanwa shaft is a lot longer and actually touches the bottom of the case. I can’t remember all the solutions people came up with to solve this but one of them was too just dremmel away at the bottom of the shaft (sounds scary).

Hey Shindrah when we played I noticed you didn’t have a mic. Does your stick also have the strange cord that you plug into the mic hole that then has to be plugged into the headset thing with an evil black plastic attachment. I’ve only got the headset to work once using this thing, terrible design choice.

Uh yeah it came with that but I haven’t even tried it yet.

You should test out xboxlive and see if its just me, it must be running at like 10 frames a second or something for me.

Nah I tried playing like 6 games today and everyone of them, say if time actually ran out the rounds would be around 6 minutes, the lag was that bad, it was going like… slow mo.
Pretty sure my xbox has a problem.
Shindrah, when you search for games do you use the “custom match” and then sort by connection? I’ve never had any lag with all the times I’ve played with you, but when I played Deviltheemperor I had epic all time bad lag.

i have a broken controller, a broken table, and have thrown lots of things due to the lag online. It makes me flip out yo.
I’ve noticed that happen a lot to me as well. Is that actually true game mechanics, or lag?

If one person jabs (3 frames of start up) and someone throws (also 3 frames) at the exact same time jab wins, at least from what I’ve read.
It could be that some moves active frames don’t actually start when say, your foot is inside them, or fist.
Hopefully this new update will fix my lag problems.
And it did, I played the new championship mode only not graded it was “free” won 5 in a row and won a championship match lol.
