Weeks I think I figured out how you broke armor with your dash punch the other day.
All reversal attacks break armor, at least thatās what someone told me. I believe it too cause I recall my ex siesmo breaking armor a couple times.
I would be surprised if it was ALL reversal attacks though, would be weird too see a reversal fireball breaking armor.

Update: friggin sweet I would say Iāve got the fierce feint fierce combo from that viper video down too about 50%ā¦ in training mode lol.
j.HK, c.HP xx hp tk feint, c.HP xx exsiesmo high jump cancel, air burning kick, ex burning kick.
about 450 dmg, but something like 800 stun. I could actually replace the air burning kick with mp tk for more dmg/stun.
On the end I could use ultra/ex burning kick/ or hp thunderknuckle.
I think DSL is faster on xbox live simply because cable one gives such little upload speeds. I have their top package that comes with the phone plan and I can get 700-800kbs downloads, but only 15-25kbs upload. In the past when I had dsl the download and upload speeds were similar at 300kbs each.
Iām getting 5megs download with dsl and only 3megs with cable
Upload is twice as good with dsl too
I got 5.39 mbps download and 0.55 mbps upload and I have cable one and its 4:46 PM, no clue when peak hours are, Iām assuming somewhere around 6:30 though. Says Iām way above my ISP Average though.
7.68 on the download and .46 on the uploadā¦so itās not my internet that sucks.

Cable one doesnāt differ during āpeak hoursā but it differs on the amount of usage. Their policy is after you download 1 gig between the hours of noon and midnight your speeds are cut to about 1/8th the original speed. So if you are using torrents during the day, by the time you play some street fighter at night your speeds have probably been cut.
i dont torrent for shiz tho.
i just hate cable one. iām never using them again, ever. iāve never had so much problem connecting to people as i did when i used them

Lol maybe I should really learn him JUST for balrogs at tourneys, seriously when I have too resort too random ultras too win its meh. But I doubt any rogs, in our area at least, will know balrog verse viper enough and I can do all the shenanigans I want on them. Having a good jab helps so much when Iām under rogs pressure though.
