I’d like to see the guy that used White Album. He was one of the cooler opponents of part 5.

Yeah, Hol’s a huge coward. He’s even scared to fire his gun without support, which is why he doesn’t just kill everyone by himself. To be fair, he’s seen what Star Platinum does to people, so I don’t blame him.

Part 4: Josuke (confirmed), Okuyasu, Koichi, Rohan (no idea how he’d fight, but he’s way too popular to leave out), Akira Otoishi, Kira
Part 5: Giorno (confirmed), Mista (confirmed), Bruno (basically confirmed), Fugo, Narancia, Silver Chariot Requiem, Diavolo
Part 6: Jolyne (confirmed), Hermes (confirmed), FF, Annasui, Sports Max, Pucci

I really do hope the Jojolion protag gets in because I really love his stand. I also don’t really expect Silver Chariot Requiem to get in because it doesn’t really fight, so much as fuck everything up, but its cool nonetheless. Also, Fugo deserves a chance for his Araki-admitted broken stand to shine.
I think Gappy is pretty much guaranteed since on the ASB logo, there’s the anchor symbol. I can’t imagine that they would feature any of the other part 8 characters over him.
Really good list, the only changes I would add is add Weather Report in place of picks random entry Sports Max, Soundman over Mountain Tim (personal choice on this point, he was the first character to appear in 7 and I want to see his moveset over Tim’s), and replace requiem with a random part 5 villain (Ghiaccio seems to actually be pretty popular). I’d say trish since she is a major character, but her moveset would be a pain to come up with.
I’d rather see Yukako than Akira Otoishi from part 4.
I just don’t see Cyberconnect going balls out with developing any more than 35 characters tops for the final playable roster. If the game sells well (fingers crossed) then ASB2’s roster will have more Fabulous**™ in the roster selection. However *I personally think we’re probably gonna get 29 characters in total with 4 characters from each part 1 through 7 plus Gappy for ASB. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if we got a few extra character slots depending on if cyberconnect design Dio so he only takes up 1 space on the character select screen. If I had to take a guess at what the final roster will look like I think it’ll look something like this:
Part 1: Johnathan, Dio, Zeppeli, SpeedWagon
Part 2: Joseph, Cars, Wham, Ceasar (or AC/DC)
Part 3: Jotaru, Dio, Pol, Kak
Part 4: Josuke, Kira, Okuyasu, Koichi
Part 5: Gio, Diavlo, Mista, Bruno
Part 6: Jolyne, Pucchi, Hermes, FF (or volume 17 Emporio)
Part 7: Gyro, Johnny, Funny, Sandman
I really hope Koichi makes it in. He was my favorite protagonist in part 4.
I completely forgot Weather Report, to be honest, my bad. 
I personally prefer Mountain Tim, but Soundman would be fine. I did try to avoid characters who’d have really annoying to design movesets (bar Rohan, but he’s definitely in the game somehow on the basis of being Rohan), but I mostly picked SCR because I thought it’d be cool to have one of the ‘solo stands’, and I figured he’d be better than Anubis or B.I.G.
Petshop please, and make sure that he’s still broken as fuck.

I really want to see Tarkus and Bruford make it in at least from Part One, outside of Dio they really were the only other star villains and were interesting enough.
I can see the cast getting big, since they already peddled back and said they aren’t making it a completely serious fighter. So more room for people.
Speedwagon really? Wasted slot, he’s gonna toss his hat once and when that shit fails just bitch until he dies or comes into fortune.
Its not like it has to be made with the intention of being played at tournaments to be a serious fighter, though. As long as they don’t pull a Sakurai and go ‘you know what’d be really fun? tripping’, of course. Chances are the best character in the game won’t be as ridiculous as Petshop, anyway.
I could see Rohan being like Darby in the old game. He could draw all the menus or something like that. I still want to get Rohan and the Louvre and see what that’s all about.
They should bring Hol back exactly how he was in the Capcom fighter.
