JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle confirmed by Bandai-Namco

I’m pretty sure that they actually said that it wasn’t just a fighting game, it was a Jojo’s game.

Game news outlets took it out of context and now people are surprised that this is a fighting game for some reason even though all signs point to this being a fighting game.

It’s pretty goddamn stupid if you ask me. I mean do people just not read anymore?

All of them except Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe, Mortal Kombat, and Injustice: Gods Among Us, which run at 60fps.

Games looks amazing graphically. I expected no less from CC2. Gonna main this since you know its Jojo. Might be legit as a fighter though we need more gameplay.

Whoa wait. I didn’t know this was an actual fighter. I thought it was one of those usual Naruto type games CC2 usually makes. I’m looking at all the TGS footage and I gotta say I feel pretty bad about dismissing this.

I hope this game will be fun, but will we have much hope of it being balanced?

Game is beautiful, really just fantastic eye-candy. Gameplay wise, I think we’ll see more and more games going faster towards the end of the development cycle as people who actually understand how it works start feeling it up.

Just some things I noted:
Jotaro:
+He has Shining Finger intact, it has the same stab n draw in factor as in Heritage for the Future. He’s got an anti-air Ora Ora and his ground one.
+A new move we haven’t seen yet is Star Platinum’s super-suck, which if I recall right is from his battle with Yellow Temperance. Looks like it works similar to Mag’s gravitation.
+He fucking looks awesome.

Gyro:
+His special moves seem to be either the standard fireball, although his steel ball’s all have different arcs (assuming they’re strength dependent). His main gameplay aspect seems to be laying steel balls like traps ala Phoenix/Trish. He’s got one that creates automatic knock down (a reference to his ability to ‘spin’ the ground and make it soft) and another that blooms upwards like MVC Megaman’s tornado hold.
+When Gyro calls his horse he becomes completely invincible to lower and neutral attacks, Jotaro could only hit him by jumping or using the anti-air Ora Ora. Valkyrie (his horse) has a stomp and Gyro can still launch his steel balls from her back. Unfortunately it looks like you can’t lay your steel ball traps while riding her, and I assume that’s going to be an aspect of his game is on/off the horse.
+His ultimate attack can only be used while riding Valkyrie, a nod to the manga.
+He also looks awesome.

The game looks like it’s moving in slow motion…

That’s kinda how every fighter looks when it’s being played by people who have no clue what they’re doing.
