Remember how zipline can be canceled instantly? In the video he zips after ABC on grounded Tron (while HE is still grounded) and cancels instantly after lifting off (with momentum retained) into j.ABB I think (can’t remember the normals he used). This all hits her while he has enough time while landing again to ABC, but he fucks the rest up. xD
It looks pretty sexy, and could be very awesome on lockdown.

The combo would have to be shortened, but sure.
We don’t know if it’ll whiff on shorties; it’s freely aimable. Just lower your stick a little…at least that’s how I hope it’ll work.
But if you aim it lower will it still be airborne? :wtf: And why does it have to be shorter?
Because you won’t have the second magic series; unless they’re low enough after web swing j.B or something.
As for the first, I’m sure there’s as much freedom with zip as there is with Shinkuu. Aim at any angle above say, 10, and I’m sure (aka I FUCKING HOPE) it’ll connect and send webhead airborne.

Although the player dropped the combo after [magic series xx web zip xx air series] I’m assuming he can continue the combo with standing magic series and exchange launch. That could mean more aerial series xx web swing into special cancel Maximum Spider. That would be amazing to look at.
At any rate he can definitely web zip after his old HK (C?). That was a pretty decent anti air normal, so theoretically he could AA HK into web zip ABC etc. It might not combo, but it’d be nice pressure. So excited at Spidey’s potential. Looking like he can rival Dante in flashy combos.
Web Zip definitely seems like its going to change his game up for the better, I actually really hope he’s godly in this game. He deserves it.
He’s been pretty good in most VS games. He was trash in MVC2 though. Web zip is definitely my favourite thing about MVC3 so far. A very inventive and fun way to solve his lack of mobility in MVC2. Hopefully he’ll be king of the air again.
