Zeal: I might send you an invite, though might be a friend request so as I can just invite you whenever. Sorry in advance if my Jin isn’t all that great.
Though seeing as you are in New York, I question if the connection will be bad from all the way over here in California…
Everyone: Oh and out of curiosity anyone got any good tips against Rachel? For some reason I was fighting a lot of them tonight and had a decent amount of difficulty fighting them.
Yeah, I know, I was REALLY tired when we played so I was definitely not on my A game, plus, I have MAJOR trouble with that Jin/Jin match-up, it seems like I’m trying to do too much and you just beat me with basics
-_-;
That’s pretty much why I didn’t start a room yesterday (An official room, anyways), I played like ass
But yeah, GG’s, I’ll send you an invite when I start a room today
I heard from multiple people who own both versions of BB that PS3 overall has better competition than the 360 version but anyone is free to correct me if I’m wrong. I assumed the 360 would have better competition considering some of the more well known Japanese players are on the 360.
Seriously, I don’t know how you beat Kid Viper yet lose to Heidern. It’s the complete opposite for me Kid Viper just owns me for free with his skills.
Also, anyone who is still wondering about the timing for that combo can review this video.
ok, my jin has some serious issues. someone please play me and help me work out the kinks, i’ll get my ass beat as many times as it takes. i’ve even contemplated disabling some of the buttons to break myself of the habit of relying on them. so someone, anyone help!!
i main jin and am looking to get a video capture card or something that allows me to capture video… any suggestions?
p.s. I have the ps3 slim. upgraded from my broken 60gb brick.
Hmm, i’ve been on the xbox for a while now and i’m finding more good competition on it than the ps3. I can’t seem to find anyone on the ps3 anymore which is why i started sharing my bros GT on Xbox. I’ve been getting into so many good matches.
About Kid Viper, well he uses a lot of tricks. i guess i just caught on after a bit and just kinda won the next 3 times. That’s how i managed to beat heidern twice.
I think I got better since we last played. Killey; stop avoiding me on the PSN. Imma catch you.
Yeah, we’ll get some games again and hopefully it won’t lag to all shit. I’m practicing up SF4 though since the BB competition in my local area is low and I’m 3 time champion in my area. The real money game in my area is SF4 so I’m trying to get back into competitive shape with that game.
Tonight is no good for me for games though since I’m going to local casuals for the night and probably won’t be back till like 10:00 PM MST. Tomorrow will work better for me.
You usually catch me when I’m either training up for something else or if I’m already in matches with other people. I’d rather just do 1 on 1 matches against you rather than doing a 6 people room.
I barely play Kombo or Diaz lately due to the fact Diaz is playing NHL 10 and Kombo and I always have blue ping so lag issues is pretty bad at times.
I actually have a bunch of small groups that keep challenging me from time-to-time so it depends on who gets on first but yea next time you’re online we’ll do 1 on 1 in Blazblue.
Your Viper any good in SF?
She’s pretty much the only character I can play and be good at while also playing BB
EDIT: Just found out I’m ranked 2000-something-ith in the world as far as Jin’s go
:smokin:
Pretty proud
The only time I play ranked is when I can’t get a room going or can’t find one due to this JP only BS with Blue Pings to everyone. Even then the people on ranked range from blue to purple so I refuse to fight anyone that I have a low connection with.
Also, my C.Viper sucks just ask Zeal about it. I haven’t played in any ages and my execution is off on top of getting back into the SF4 mindset.
