The only nerf mad beast got was she lost her ability to wave dash in it.
I use lvl3 more than I ever did in vanilla.
I was experimenting with Mad Beast and Veil of Mist and for some reason Mad Beast doesn’t build meter while Veil of Mist is active. Can anyone tell the story on this? I was under the impression that it built meter while active.
veil of mist is a one of a kind super, its not a buff/de-buff hyper that targets 1 character but it affects all of you’re opponents characters, so no matter who you or you’re opponent tag out the effects of the hyper will still apply (including the no meter gain). There is absolutely no way to override the “Cant build meter” side effects that some hypers have.
