Yes I did. One of my Japanese friends help me set it up. To answer your question the card has to be set up via a mobile website which can only be accessed from cell phone. So if you do not have one maybe a friend can help you out. When you go to site you email from your cell phone then they send you a link which takes you to a registration page. Its pretty ridiculous I have no clue why they made it like that. Anyway good luck

Nah I’ve tried but have trouble connecting to internet. I’m in a huge dorm. Internet is provided to each room so I have no control to mess around with ports and shit so I probably wont be doing online play while I’m here which sucks!
