Just curious as to why captain swada’s name is captain swada. did he actually like the movie? was it popular in japan?
Fuck Ino , Bas , And all thise TT whores omg all the team are bas team or just c shoto balnka sagat or ino bitch ass team. ya i no the n groove iori sounds good but damn can we get something new in cvs2 PLEASE!!!
Like it matters what characters they play. Skill is skill.
Ino and his teammates lost to R4 Raiden.
Your Ryt. I never said they didnt have skill i was just saying they whore the shit out of those characters.
LMAO R4 Raiden stop beasting
WTF:eek:
i’d pay money just to see that. what groove was the raiden and who was playing it?
I don’t know. I just saw that Ino changed his name on MSN to “Raiden Saikyo” (Raiden is the strongest/best) so I asked Bas about it. He only told me that Ino and his teammates lost to an R4 Raiden in the qualifiers.

Oh damn
THAT’S beasting.
dayoshi told me K groove r4 raiden
Wow, I’d like to get a hold of the video of those matches.
Why is everyone sounding so surprised…it’s not like raiden doesnt have the tools to kill ANYONE in a few hits. K-Groove stops his rushdown problems, his ready GO! move has good recovery, quick whiff animation on his 360’s… when he’s raged he does massive guard damage off any chain into RDP+P, (does good guarddamage in general -) and if you get hit when he’s raged (even if he’s not R4) you’re going to lose 80% from that combo into flame pillar super.
Even though I’m not overly surprised, the thought of Ino losing to a R4 Raiden is pretty intriguing (sp?) … I hope we’ll see vids soon.
Did the R4 Raiden player’s team even qualify? I’m assuming not (?)
Because while Ino losing isn’t so bad, Ino’s WHOLE TEAM losing to R4 Raiden is pretty unusual.
Agreed, but I was thinkin more along the lines of “everyone thinks raiden sucks.” Now that I think about it, if Ino’s team did lose to a r4 raiden then that is pretty nutty
He has good mix-ups when raged after a jumping short, like:
1.Grab super
2.Lowshort,rdp+p,p, flame super
3.flame super
If you jump you might get hit by 2 or 3, if you don’t you might get grabbed, if blockthe flame super Raiden is completley safe, his whiffed supergrab has short whiff animation, scary indeed, myfriend plays K-Raiden, you can even super after a blocked ready go attack.
I think raidens really good. What surprises me is that he used an R4. I know how good he is, he just doesn’t fit my style. So you are not alone. I hear that raidens are many in japan in someones japan log. Is that still true?
www.tougeki.com has been updated.
Anyone got any good translating skills? I can only see K, C, A. And I think 2 kyos, 1 iori??? Someone translate I suck
Hey Gunter I dont know if you remember me but Im the guy who is going to Japan soon, I was wondering if you could get in contact with Ino and ask him if he’s gonna play at More Arcade on February 20 because thats when I arrive, also will you be going back to japan around this time?
This is kinda how I felt, as I hardly ever hear of anyone steering outside the Mishima Ratio Pattern* (or its variants of 3 characters) during CvS2 tournament play, especially nowadays.
