I seen a few KOF heads there, I think most of the games that are played there are split between Arcade Edition and KOF 13.

was just there last night and the 1p side of Super Turbo cannot hold down and rarely even gets the direction. Sad because it’s the only machine I know of in the LA area.

We are trying to catch up on a backlog of repairs and are happy to have input from players with regard to maintenance issues . Tonight Nathan and Max will be working together on repairs and upgrades here. Feel free to talk to them with your input . We are staying open later and hope to see the scene grow. We’ll see what we can do about those sticks right away, but work with us it’s a big task 
Went there on Saturday night. The player one side of the Third Strike American cabinets had a messed up medium punch button.

i haven’t been there in almost a year. the first time i went with some friends and the 3s machine had the most unresponsive buttons i’ve ever used. a year later i came back and they were exactly the same. glad it’s under new ownership because in about a month i’ll be visiting there regularly.

Shit son you missed out ,last night was beastly with heavy rotation on KOF13 and SSIVAE probably 10 guys at AE and 8 or more at KOF all night, good competition.
does japan arcade have BBCS2 setup?

^ I don’t think no one said it was the best arcade in the world lol. Really, its just a small place that just so happens to have newer stuff. Really I appreciate Japan Arcade for what it is. I just wish that Arcade Edition didn’t cost 50 cents 
Arcade Infinity can never be replaced.
I went today, after not having been to Yohan Plaza for a long time (wtf Woori Market). I have to say, I can understand some of the concerns with sticks and game choices and such, but overall it’s a good thing you guys have done with it. I remember before, just having ONE fighting game was like asking the owner to pull teeth. I can also understand his point of view, though, especially if he wasn’t making much profit, of not being in a hurry to pick up the newer stuff.
With that said, it was fun playing the FFA cabinets for 3s again. Although, it wasn’t fun getting my wrist damn near broken trying to input commands at some point. Good games to the guy that was working there today from around 1 ish to 4 ish. I was the one using (mostly) Low tiers. I kept dropping combos like nobody’s business. If those sticks were fixed, oh man it’d be heaven.
I take it most of the crowds don’t show till late, eh?
