I’m sure if you go down to the tournament on the day of, they can pretty much filter out who can and cannot participate. Judges should probably do a final check on the brackets before everything’s finalized just so no one who shouldn’t be there slips through. I imagine keeping track of everyone in the thread is hard 
Residential areas are free over the weekend.
Streets are $2 an hour.
Parking is very limited in front of the store.

Also if you do park in front of the store make sure you check the date on your receipt. I got a parking ticket last time because the damn machine seriously printed the wrong date, then had to fax the original receipt to TO parking authority for them to investigate the malfunctioning machine just to get the ticket cleared -_-

Whatever its all cool. Since Scruffs is cool shit im not going to push this issue any further, but I will say I have played against some better players, Rebelo, Spiralguy, Wolfkrone. I can tell when someone is a competitor or has skill.
While playing Scruff he plays on this level, makes few mistakes and yes he is a heavy grinder. I do think he should be in the tournament stictly because the rules allow it. I am hoping he’ll make a big splash in the community here, good luck to everyone.

Hello again all,
As I’ve posted previously the list in the OP is just a guideline. If you haven’t explicitly been told otherwise, assume eligibility for whichever tournament you are interested in.
I will update again and make any corrections but all that matters is who shows up the day of to compete. We will make any necessary adjustments at that time.
Please show up on time so we can get people registered and brackets generated. A&C will be crowded that day so there will be little consideration given to tardiness or not showing up for your match when called.
Due to the number of people competing there will be little chance of any casual stations being available until after the tournaments conclude.
