Anyway, anybody that is on the fence about getting mods from these guys should seriously just do it. They are pretty good and I always go to these guys first when it comes to mods. Very professional about the work they do and it looks good afterwards =)

Neutrik is $25 with USB RJ45.
Since Qanba Q3 is wood, better to use Switchcraft RJ45.
Unless you are wanting to use USB B/USB A, then Neutrik NAUSB can be done.
