I know the tricks and trades of Seth, but nowhere near the best.

I’ll be honest, you’ll want to choose a different alternate based on how you play Eman. You should play Balrog as your alternate because of it will be a quick learn and he has pretty much the counters to all of Bison’s bad Match ups (i.e. Guile, etc.).

I’m cool with another person playing Seth, it will help me learn as well, just saying it will be a LONG and defeated path if you pick up Seth because his already down sides, he’s going to be getting nerfed with Sagat in the new SF4, so pretty much no point in learning him now. sad face I’ll be sticking with Seth because I like the cut of his jib, but that is just how I am, I like to work for my dinner.

EDIT: If Frank makes it out to this, we may even be able to have some battles, if he grants us permission to do so.

Oh and I meant I close Friday lol Yeah I doubt they will nerf anything because :

A) Sagat or Seth didn’t even place top 5 at Evo

B) No infinite combos

C) They wont make changes that will have discrepancies with the arcade version gameplay wise.

But yeah I’m anti Sagat and Balrog plus Seth is fun. I like super villains fuck those henchmen. Also Seth is pretty good against Gweelay.

I was told by some of our NW folks that’s what they over heard, he will more than likely have a lower Stun output, keeping the same damage output, but hopefully they raise his life to like 900 and Stun to 850 if that’s the case.

This won’t be happening till after next Evo if at all, so I’m not worried either way. Like I said, I will ALWAYS be the underdog in the situation and work my way to come out on top, did it in Wrestling, I’ll do it in this.

I wouldn’t be Anti-Balrog, he’s solid. Nothing wrong with him to be honest. He’s fast, a charge character, and has a linkable Super/Ultra which are worth it. He requires a lot of adapting skill which I think is right up your alley. I’m not going to tell you who to main because you did better than I at Evo so

I assure you they (Capcom Japan) honestly do not give a fuck about EVO or American players concerns.

And yes, I know what Ono said at EVO.

Ono has also SFIV uses too much of the PS3 and 360’s power to use GGPO, which is an outright lie.

Not playing a character that you like just because some guy from Capcom casually mentions that Sagat and Seth are more powerful than the rest of the cast in his opinion, and thinking that he’s implying that Sagat and Seth might be nerfed for the next iteration iofStreet Fighter 4 is just silly.

Play who you like at the moment. If you think Seth is cool and you like his run away style, then that’s awesome - you should stick with him.

Any good player can be another good player with a low tier character - it’s all about how much time you invest.
