I played it at GS in the Town Center this morning (the one near target). Only for 15 minutes, but I’m definitely ready. I haven’t really played fighting games in a minute, but MVC3 is looking good. I took off from work on the release date to play through trial mode and experiment.
What’s stupid is that they have the guide for the game sitting out, but you can’t buy it… Dude at GS was like, “it’s out to make people want to buy it.” And I was thinking, only fighting game dorks like us would buy the guide. There’s no use in trying to get more people to buy the game by putting the guide out early, but not allowing us to buy it. Those of us who know, already know MVC3 is this coming Tuesday.
