Anyways, Props to everyone that went to EVO and gave the world a great showing. To my boy Hold Dat, good job at competing at this years EVO. Next year I will surely join you.
Props to Justin and Diago for giving us probably the greatest SF match ever.
they are both things ignorant people do in public because they think it makes them look cool rather than ignorant? Or because they don’t realize it’s bad manners?
Yeah, you can go ahead and quote the part where I said Justin is a douche for “yelling”, I can’t seem to find it.
Fail? Shut the fuck up. We know what Daigo did in the past that’s not what we’re talking about, We’re talking about NOW and you’re honestly going to tell me That Daigo and Wong going 5-5 in the finals isn’t even? Of course Daigo won the tournament no one is contesting that, But to say that it couldn’t have gone either way cements how little you know about the game and it’s players.
While this is true, Kuroda was still doing it in risky situations, and Justin punished him. Kuroda let himself get hit just to show Justin that he didn’t care. On top of that, he was matching Justin’s turtle style.
I love these Justin/Daigo threads – all these people who probably wouldn’t walk across the street to play fighters, let alone go to a major, talking like they know these guys personally, haha.
Uh, Kuroda is taunting because Q’s taunt increases his defense by a buttload, especially if you do three of them in one round. That’s not being rude, that’s being smart. You should really learn about the advantages in taunting in 3s before jumping to conclusions like that.
The rude part is where Kuroda was standing with his arms in the air while Justin was looking for the handshake. However, the Japanese know who he is and how unclassy Justin can be, so Kuroda probably did that in spite.
Sorry freezerB, but this post will make you an example of “Most” 09’ers posting trash…
Though I think nothing wrong of jumping up and down. I was rooting for Justin, the Hyper the better.
But those taunts where for a reason. Q gets the highest stamina in the game when he taunts. So he taunts to keep his stamina up… Not to poke fun or tease.
Even if you say he did it to tease at unsafe times you have no proof. He could have made a mistake or w/e finger slipped. Unlike we all knew Justin was celebrating. it was in no way for disrespect.
So using that video to compare it to Justin Hyping the crowd is a thoughtless post.
It’s well documented that Kuroda was screwing around. He let himself get hit and he even let himself get thrown at the end. Listen to the audience’s reaction when he is taunting early on and letting himself get hit. On top of that, he taunts **four **times. If you know 3S and Q, then you know that Q’s taunt is only effective up until the third time. Then look at 5:12 where he copies Justin’s meter building, or at 5:27 when he just sits there.
LOL you guys gotta think more when watching the matches.
