I had used an old excersice machine mat. I assume its the same as the yoga mat. It is rubbery and holds to most surfaces. I have a tile floor and some people that come over cant hold there stick down since the floor is super smooth. The mat is perfect for this.

I think everybody in their right mind played it at Evo on the PS3. Wasn’t “ideal” conditions - Japanese sticks on a PS3 on LCD at 1080i - but I didn’t detect anything at all amiss with the gameplay/port. Widescreen and 4:3 both played great. I look forward to playing on my own sticks though.

I guess I’m one of the few who doesn’t mind playing MVC2 with Japanese sticks. To be fair though, I play it on a JLW, which is the closest Japanese stick to resemble an American one.
SRK. I’m trying to buy a MAS. An earlier poster stated that they are the same pads as dedicated MVSC2 cabs. Thats worth the money right there.
