There isn’t sperm inherent in precum. It can pick up left over sperm from your urethra from the last time you ejaculated. If you’ve pissed since the last time you came, there wont be sperm in your urethra for the precum to pickup.
All that said, as long as you live in a state with reasonable laws (I’ve heard in some places you need a prescription for the morning after pill) go get the effing pill. Around here the pharmacists are dicks that insist on seeing the girl and her ID so you may need to be aware of that.

HOWEVER the morning after pill is much more abrasive, as it basically forces a period by deteriorating the uterus walls (something like that)
Result: take too many and she might never be a mom or might have a fucked up baby.
