Got my refund for the 4 sticks and left 2 negative feedbacks. This guy was totally in the wrong in every respect. #1 I contacted him before I bid to confirm he had these in stock. He responded yes they are right in front of me ready to ship. BS. #2 After I bid I called to ask about shipping he said they shipped. More BS. #3 He tries to cover his ass and save the sales with lame untrue stories. No you will not get your sticks in 2 weeks. :rolleyes: It is your responsiblity to leave neg feedback for this guy. If you don’t it just encourages this to happen again. End of story…
Edit: And we were laughing at the guys the paid 170-220 for the sticks in other auctions… Turns out they are smart than us as they have thier sticks.
K guys. I got the refund and then i check ebay. It says item not paid! wtf!? is this his way of trying to screw us again saying we didn’t pay for anything? Is anyone else gettting this bs?
Yep, I just got the item not paid warning also… He sent me a request to pay again!!!:looney: Apparently he is trying to collect the auction fees he lost by screwing us and claiming we didn’t pay and giving us a non paying bidders strike.

I’m guessing that refunding thru PayPal automatically hooks into eBay to mark it as unpaid again.
IDK, but on my “My eBay” page, I simply marked the transaction as paid (using the drop-down menu). If he reverts it again, (1) I’ve already received the + feedback proving I paid, and (2) I have the emails where he admits he doesn’t have the product. As far as contesting a no-pay strike, I’m in the clear, and if you hold on to your emails, you should be too.

How did you go about getting your refund? Did you email his ebay email address o what? I tried contecting him just through the Ebay “contact seller” link. I still haven’t gotten my refund.

I got a refund by responding to the e-mail he sent out.
I got my 2 hrap2 a couple months ago also, but i think it was through gamezforless. pretty sure thats who was selling it. not these guys who screwed all of us.

I wish to apologize for any confusion that I caused at the start of this thread. I believed that this store was where I bought my HRAP2 from but instead of getting it from gameznetwork (these guys) I actually bought it from gamezforless. If I had paid a little more attention I would not have given my endorsement. Sorry about that guys.
