why is it so hard to find the full 291 episode torrent of dbz subbed? what do most of u guys watch? the 276 episode one edited for america or the original 291 japanese dub? how much would i be missing if i watched the 276 one? I don’t want to watch that just on the principal of watching edited material.
if someone knows where to find the full 291 eps dubbed in japanese pm me. but it seems most people seem to think 276 is the “complete” dbz collection. am i wrong in assuming this is incorrect?

That whole thing was bad. TERRIBLE. AWFUL. SICKENING. Every time it would have to continue to another episode, I rolled my eyes. So much stupid shit.

What really got me was that Makyo World shit. Garlic Jr. points it out early in the fight, “Yo, I’m buff as hell now 'cause of that planet.” For Christ’s sake, Piccolo blew up the Moon in the first season. So why do they wait until Garlic Jr. busts out the Dead Zone to finally shoot at it? If I was any of those guys, I’d have blown up that damn planet as soon as Garlic Jr. mentioned it.
What a waste of DVD space. I want to burn down the houses of whatever fuckers decided to make a bunch of lousy filler spun off from one of the DBZ movies.
EDIT: Just saw something that made me laugh: the box that’s labelled “MY STADY” instead of “My Study”. Prime example of Engrish, or just lazy animation? You decide.

It’d be great if there were Dragon Ball boxsets… just please, PLEASE don’t let them be “remastered”. It would look fucking terrible. Why can’t old shows be old shows for once?

I agreen on all the points you made…what gets me about the saga is it’s incredible wasted potential. I mean look, you have no Goku, and no Vegeta, a PERFECT opportunity to let the guys who don’t get much screen time (Ten, Yamcha, Chaozu) some time to shine. Does that happen? Of course not. Even Krillin gets BEASTED on the entire time, he can’t even take Garlic Jr’s weakest henchman. Then out of nowhere at the end he kicks full power Garlic Jr’s ASS. I really don’t get it either.
Not to mention, the animation is really rotten in the whole saga too.
piccollo was beating the shit out of garlick Jr, its kame’s old ass fault he took long to deal with. and remember garlick Jr came stronger cos he came from somewhere called the fucking Dead Zone.
goku’s power jump matching 4th form frieza was a bit unexplainable though 
maybe when he got his body back he got a fusion upgrade plus mad EXP after being healed

Sigh now I bet we have to wait mad ages to get season 5 which is gonna suck
because I think we have to wait until that Saga is done airing on Cartoon Network

That and he was using the 10x Kaio Ken techniques during the entire time with Freeza. Plus Goku is just a really good fighter and has experience fighting guys a lot stronger than him which put him at an edge over Freeza who was only using about 1/3 of his power. The dub says he was only using 1 percent…but don’t listen to the fucking dub.

When I bought the Season 4 set at Suncoast, the sales girl was saying they had a bunch of GT DVDs, too…I almost chewed her out for making a suggestion like that. :mad:
