Classic stuff, man! The special effects were mind-blowing back in the day, but I HATE the shitty hairstyles on the characters!
I remember when that flash went head-to-head with The Final Task (another NG classic) for Portal supremacy!
I think I still have The Final Task downloaded on my old computer somewhere. That shit was hot. I was waiting forever for that guy to expand on the series like he said he would but never did.
Final task eh?..hmmmm…i don’t think i’ve seen this…i remember always going to the dbz section of newgrounds to see what someone made…some of the things that guy did in brutality were good…but i can tell especially with people like proxicide, alvinearthworm, and chakra x coming in…(…If Adam Phillips makes an actual fight scene…that shit is done…nothing is toping that flash, and if you don’t know who he is…he does the bracken wood series on newgrounds…very very high quality stuff) There were some reaally good flashes and parodies…i think one of them had to do with an Evil Goku…
There wasn’t much to it. The cliche anime double slice scene thing you’ve probably seen a lot. But it was bad ass and looked pretty damn good for it’s time.
The Abridged Dead Zone stuff is great! Since that movie was terrible.
