See the problem here is fools just push too hard when it’s time to take a dump. You’d be surprised how little effort you need to put into just pushing one out but people just end up pushing hard for no reason and then you end up bleeding. Just sit down on the toilet and do some focused breathing or something, be chill about it and let your body take care of it. I just want to thank the mods for infracting rsigley but not closing the thread because the vast majority of SRK is male and for a male there should be nothing more important than the health of their penis and colon so I hope they take this thread as a reminder to educate themselves on the importance of eating a balanced diet that is rich in fiber. also be sure to check your balls for lumps. be safe and god bless.
