Really?
When i go into Custom player matches, majority of the list is 0 for me or undetectable, with the rare 2. But the game seems to play fine.
I just assumed it was a bug or bad connection reading.
I would hazard to say i’ve got a great connection (I often see 2 / 3 bars in SSF4).
But like i said i play 0’s often and it plays fine.
I do play on xbox so that may be the reason for the difference. I am in Boston so location might help me. Most of the people i play seem to be in the north east or Canada. When i play my brother in Wichita Falls, Texas our connection is a 2 and it is playable. Is SSF4 connection meter out of 3 bars?
As long as its better than Tekken’s I should be fine. I swear, every time I get put against an easy win, the game drops, and every time I get put against somebody retardedly good at the game, there’s no lag or anything. Yeah, as long as that doesn’t happen I’ll be pretty satisfied.
In literally thousands of matches, I have had the game actually DROP less than ten times.
Of those, around 5 were obvious ragequits.
One of them was followed by a message that basically said "Sorry dude, I don’t know what’s up with my router."
The rest were matches that were like slideshows to begin with.
But yeah, the game basically synchs up during the “intro” so if you see it going real slow…don’t skip it.
