WE are having a tourney at battlezone in Hiawatha on the 12th for MVC3 and random Naruto games.
I live in Hiawatha off center point rd out past tower terrace rd so I’m by all that. I also go to k-wood during the week so traveling is no problem. If I can come I’d love to check out battlezone. I haven’t been there in a year, I tried getting back into MTG and just couldn’t afford it. I remember those booster packs being a dollar and now they’re like $4.25 everywhere!
Anyway, I have no idea who else to put in my lineup. I thought I was good with phoenix but I have a hard time keeping my bar up to 5 near the time she gets used. I picked my team based around teleportation (dante/skrull/phoenix) and I’m not sure if I like wesker yet. Any advice on who should be my third other than sent?

Yeah, I got into MTG a few years ago and had to quite for just that reason. Our buddy works at BZ and Bill (zeroxerozero) plays the tabletop madness games, so it’s been part of our life for a while, lol.

lol, but seriously, if you’re having trouble hitting 5 bars you may want to try a more long-range projectile character to space out and build some bar, like storm or magneto or something. Wesker isn’t too bad for that since his pistol is that sauce, boss. Plus, he’s a heavy hitter without needing bar.
