Oh hai. Didn’t know there was a new thread. I finally moved to (West) Des Moines and got the hell out of Ames, figured I’d (re)introduce myself.
Lusk, I’ve got a copy of the game for sale if you’re still looking. Capcom F’d up on my preorder so I bought a copy of it to play while I waited for my special edition to show up. I’m selling it for $40.
Right now I’m playing Amaterasu…haven’t figured out a team yet. I like Amaterasu/Doom/Modok because Modok is awkward to play and kinda fun to learn. I haven’t decided on a team yet though because theres so many cool characters I haven’t had a chance to try yet. Thinking of possibly messing around with She-Hulk and Zero…haven’t tried Wesker or Dante yet either, mainly because they seem pretty popular.
I’m down to play on PSN sometime soon if any of you guys want to. Grog, you really need to hurry up and get a PS3 dude, lol.
So im making a trip there EARLY IN THE MORNING so if anyone wants to come with me i have room for potentially 3 ppl since etherlord wont be able to make the trip. all you would have to do is drive to west liberty or iowa city (if 15 more minutes would kill you.) So i reapeat right now the ppl in my car for right now will be me and kemps.
Good games last night everyone. I’ve got mad work to do, this week should be back to normal so hopefully i can get in the lab and find out if my team can actually be effective. I like to see so many people getting into the game and putting the work in. Iowa can have some real comp for this, so lets keep it up.

Thanks to those who came out. Hopefully we can get more peeps next time, especially with Sentinel 3, but it was still a good set-up, I thought, and lots of fun.

So yeah I just ran into online tony on mvc3 in a lobby. He was running Dante, Storm, Wesker. I went 1-3 with him. The one time I won It was because of my level 3 X-factor Dark Phoenix, but it was a reverse ocv so that’s nice I guess.
Good shit to those that went. If you guys ever do anything on a Saturday post up in here I’ll def try to make it out.
The venue is really only available for Sundays; Saturdays are way busy. We tend to get together the day before, though, so whenever we throw there people are more than welcome to join us then.
