Looking like Injustice: Gods Among Us is turning out to be a game that looks to draw in the SF4/MVC players. Hope some of you kids are at least willing to give it a chance.

Really going to wait and see if Injustice is any good before I dive in. I would say it couldn’t be worse than X game… but that’s been proven wrong many a time.
I’m moving up to Iowa City in June, and was just curious what the fighting game scene looked like. There much of a crowd? I’m looking forward to getting some offline Injustice matches in.

The scene in eastern Eastern Iowa has floundered recently. There isn’t many people out there playing anything. I’m hoping that could change with Injustice. I know of a handful of people that are playing it so hopefully we can get some people interested.

I’ve been playing it as much as possible. Really liking it. Demo is pretty broke though. They already found an infinite with Luthor, haha.

Ha, yeah, at least it’s based off an old build. Everything should be a lot more balanced in the retail release.
Yeah, Iowa City may be one of the worst places for fighters on Earth given what you would think it would be. People just play shooters. Most of us are located in Des Moines. We have monthly tournaments and we are always traveling (or at least I am). Get in contact with me if you want to know more or if you can make it over here, I can ferry you to a further tourney.
