Invincibility Frames

Me too.

Seriously, somebody needs to compile this book and put it on the internet or something (like they did with the third strike bible). It would be most educational.

Indeed.

meh. All you need to know is 23 frames and 27 frames. Invincibility for Level 3 and RCs

Rising Tackle:

Jab - takes 8 frames to come out, attacks for 18 frames, 23 frames to recover. he is in the air from 13-40 frames. Invincible the first 8 frames all over, then the next 4 he is invincible in the on the upper (lower?) half of the body - aka his legs in this instance. -17 frame disadvantage if blocked.

Strong - 8 frames to come out, 21 attack frames, 29 recovery. in the air from 12-50. first 8 frames are invincible, next 3 are invincible on the upper half. -27 frame disadvantage if blocked.

Fierce - 8 to come out, 26 attack frames, 35 to recover. 8, then 2 on invincibility. in the air from 11-60. -35 frame disadvantage.

Only thing really of interest is that Fierce leaves the ground earlier. shrug. Looks like it sucks as anti air is because it takes so damn long to come out - 8 frames. most dp’s start hitting on frame 4 or so (give to take a frame).

Oh yeah, Yun’s shoulder check has no frames of invincibility, it just goes under fireballs. it won’t hit pass through blanka’s ball or anything.

Yeah. Rolls range from 20-23 frames, and dodges are 35 frames (if you don’t dodge attack [of course]).

Pretty cool shit Omni. Thanks

The frame stuff is in James Chens cvs2 guide, it was one of the first cvs2 documents that he made. It has everything u need to know in it. You should be able to get it off SRK, or just PM James Chen or something.

Sweetness:cool:

The James Chen CvS2 systems guide has frame information for rolls, throws, and other systems related stuff. Nothing for character specific special and normal attacks though. It’s at gamefaqs actually; a really good read, I recommend it!

Read, acknowledged, data downloaded:evil:
